About Me
Hi I’m Paige Agnew! I have over eight years of experience as a strength coach and personal trainer in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I am a recent graduate of Old Dominion University’s Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Doctoral program with a love for biomechanics and human movement sciences. Currently, I’m a postdoctoral research fellow at Virginia Commonwealth University where I’m researching the biomechanics of lower extremity amputees during walking and running. I’m passionate about fitness and enjoy training for triathlons, sport climbing, and surfing. My dedication lies in helping my clients achieve and exceed their goals, and I take pride in tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs. I offer a range of in person training options and online training options. I would love to schedule a consult to see if we are a match to meet your training needs!
